I am receiving VA Disability, but the problem is the US Air Force made me use solvents that can cause neurological and psychiatric problems, these chemicals are methyl ethyl ketone and benzene. One lawyer I spoke to said I cannot sue because of the Feres V. United States case. I believe that the Air Force needs to educate Airmen on the dangers of MEK cause it is listed in the United Nations Convention Against Illicit and Psychotropic Drugs.
